Why does the light color of outdoor flameless flickering candles seem to vary?

Updated: Jul 1

The color temperature of a light source is evaluated by something called "color temperature". The following figure illustrates the different color temperatures of light sources. The color temperature of most LEDs used in outdoor flameless flickering candles is on the "warmer" side (left side) of the chart, such as 2500K or lower. However, there may be slight differences in color temperature between different production batches of the same LED. For example, in a certain batch of production, we produced 1000000 LED candles, and due to slight differences in the production process, their color temperatures were almost identical; However, the next batch of 1000000 plastic candles running for about a month may have more noticeable color temperature differences than the previous batch, which may result in visually significant differences in color temperature. As a LED candle manufacturer, we try to keep these color temperature changes to a minimum, but nothing is perfect.
