Q. What wax materials do you use for your candles?
A: We use paraffin, soy and blended waxes, selected according to the candle type and desired burn profile. Lead-free cotton wicks are used across our poured candle ranges.
Q. Can I customize candles with my own logo and packaging?
A: Yes. We support private-label customization including printed logos, labels, embossing, cartons, gift boxes, sleeves, inserts, colors and sizes. Scent and LED functions can also be customized for suitable products.
Q. What is the MOQ for wholesale candle orders?
A: MOQ depends on the product and customization requirements. Stock products can support smaller trial orders (like 1 carton), while custom projects may require a higher MOQ due to tooling and setup costs.
Q. Can I order different candle products together?
A: Yes. For wholesale orders, we can support mixed-SKU containers, allowing buyers to combine different candle styles in one shipment, subject to order quantity and shipping requirements.
Q. How do you control candle quality?
A: Every unit is inspected before dispatch. Poured candles are checked for wick centering, surface finish and fill level, while LED candles are tested for lighting, flicker functions and remote pairing.
Q. What certifications and documents are available?
A: We can provide relevant documentation for customs brokers and freight forwarders, including CE for LED electronics, MSDS for wax and fragrance materials, and SGS inspection documentation.
Q. What shipping terms do you offer for candle orders?
A: We offer FOB, CIF and DDP shipping. With DDP, we handle freight, duties and customs clearance to your door. The most suitable option depends on your destination, order size and delivery requirements.
9. How long does it take to produce a custom candle order?
Production time 15~40 days, depends on the order quantity, packaging, tooling and customization requirements.
Q. Are your candles suitable for private-label brands?
A: Yes. We provide private-label manufacturing with customized branding, packaging, colors, sizes and selected product features, helping brands develop candle collections under their own identity.
Q. Can you provide product samples before a bulk order?
A: Yes. For custom projects, we can produce a pre-production sample for approval before mass production. This allows you to confirm the product, packaging and customization details before placing the full order.
Q. How are candles packaged for export?
A: Candles are packed in export cartons with inner protection for glass and molded products. Master carton dimensions, gross weight and CBM are confirmed on the proforma invoice for shipment planning.
Q. Can you handle urgent candle orders?
A: We can review urgent orders and confirm what production and shipping schedule is achievable. Please provide your required delivery date, order details and destination so we can evaluate the timeline.
Q. If some candles stop working after receiving goods, what is your solution?
A: We strictly test every candle before shipment. M and most candles will be good condition. While if you receive defective units, provide photos/videos for verification. We supply replacement parts or compensate in your next bulk order according to the damage ratio.
