Can I control dozens of candles with one single remote?
A: Yes. One remote can synchronously control all matching LED candles. As long as keep the switch on at the candle bottom, you can turn on/off in bulk. It greatly saves your setup time and labor on event day, perfect for large candle walls, aisle arrangements and arch decor.

How long will the candles last on a full charge?
A: Working time depends on light mode. Constant light mode lasts around 20 hours; flickering mode can reach about 30 hours, enough for a full wedding ceremony & reception.

Will the LED candles overheat after working many hours?
A: Low-voltage LED design. The LED candles stay cool during operation. No risk of burning table linens, fabric backdrops or flower arrangements. Safe to place close to drapes and florals.

If some candles stop working after receiving goods, what is your solution?
A: We strictly test every candle before shipment. Most candles will be good condition. While, if you receive defective units, provide photos/videos for verification. We supply replacement parts or compensate in your next bulk order according to the damage ratio.

 

Are these suitable for church wedding ceremonies?
A: Perfect for church weddings. Many churches prohibit real candles due to fire regulations. Our flameless LED candles meet church requirements for aisle lining, altar decoration.

Can I use the LED candles underwater?
A: Standard model is not submersible. You can place them inside open glass hurricanes, but cannot fully immerse in water. While we do have waterproof LED candles specially designed for underwater decoration. Please kindly check Waterproof LED Candle Series.
